Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative, you'll be answering mortgage related phone calls from customers, updating system for auto pay requests, name/address changes, and processing returned mail.

Qualifications:
- High School Education
- Proficiency of MS Office applications
- Good communication skills/follow up (verbal and written)
- Banking and call center experience preferred!
