Maintenance Technician – $27/hour – Waikiki *IMMEDIATE START*
We’re hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a high-end residential hotel in Waikiki. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment for residents and guests.
Location: Waikiki
Pay: $27/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, day shift
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance on split A/C units
- Diagnose electrical issues using a multimeter
- Handle common plumbing repairs
- Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, light electrical & plumbing repair
- Support property upkeep and respond to maintenance requests promptly
What We’re Looking For:
- Working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with carpentry, drywall, & painting
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor
