A state agency is hiring a full-time Project Manager / Building Manager to oversee daily building operations, lead facility improvement projects, and manage vendor contracts. You’ll ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facilities while working with a dedicated team that values communication and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general operations of multiple buildings
- Plan and coordinate construction, renovation, and capital improvement projects
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel
- Monitor building systems and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain records, budgets, and project timelines
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in facilities management, construction oversight, or property operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and communicate effectively with vendors and staff
- Familiarity with public building codes and maintenance practices is a plus
