Customer Service Opportunities – Financial Services (Starting at $20/hr)

Whether you're supporting mortgage clients, assisting with foreign exchange transactions, or resolving disputes, each position offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for growth.

Available Roles

1. Mortgage Service Call Center Representative
Provide phone-based support to customers with mortgage-related inquiries, payments, and account updates. Ideal for those with call center or banking experience and strong communication skills.

2. Foreign Exchange (FX) & Funds Management Specialist (5:30am start)
Assist clients with foreign currency transactions and internal fund transfers. This role requires attention to detail and comfort working with financial systems and international transactions.

3. Dispute Specialist
Investigate and resolve customer disputes related to transactions, billing errors, or fraud claims. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are key.


Customer Service Rep General Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, or in person.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately process transactions and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs.
  • Uphold compliance and confidentiality standards.

Customer Service Rep Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (banking or financial services required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers and financial systems.
  • Demonstrated reliability and longevity in previous roles (minimum 3 years per company preferred).
