About the Role
We are hiring a Night Shift Supervisor to lead and support our night production and maintenance operations. In this key role, you will supervise heavy-duty equipment operators and maintenance crews during off-hours, ensuring smooth overnight plant operations, timely repairs, and safe working conditions. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills to coordinate effectively with day shift teams and management.

Key Responsibilities
• Direct night shift personnel in production and plant maintenance tasks
• Coordinate and facilitate repairs and preventive maintenance of heavy-duty equipment
• Monitor plant performance and ensure continued production output
• Enforce and promote strict safety standards during night operations
• Maintain detailed shift logs and communicate key issues to day shift leaders
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance Superintendents on workflow and priorities
Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role (industrial, quarry, or maintenance preferred)
• Working knowledge of heavy equipment and crushing plant operations
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and make quick, safe decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and procedures
Preferred Skills
• Experience in quarry operations, aggregate processing, or heavy-duty mechanical work
• Familiarity with production scheduling, repair planning, or night shift coordination
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational plant issues
