Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, inspections, and upkeep across multiple facilities. If you’re skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment maintenance, this is your next opportunity.
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: up to $27/hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: Flexible availability required, Sunday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- General repairs: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, equipment
- Complete work orders and renovations per safety codes
- Source tools, manage supplies, and coordinate vendors
- Conduct inspections (eyewash stations, fire extinguishers, first aid kits)
- Assist with pest control and facility upkeep
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years in general maintenance
- Skills: Communication, teamwork, customer service
- Other: Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, own basic hand tools
Work Conditions
- Frequent lifting (up to 40 lbs), climbing, bending, ladder use
- Indoor/outdoor work in varied conditions
- PPE required, exposure to chemicals and biohazards
