We’re hiring for multiple Accounting Assistant and Accounting Specialist positions to support accounting operations in both accounts payable and receivable. These opportunities are ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience who thrive in structured, detail-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support AP and AR tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and deposits

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits

Process and verify financial forms and documents

Handle filing, scanning, copying, and office support tasks
Top Requirements
-
2–3 years of bookkeeping or AP/AR experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Sage 100 experience a plus

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
