Accounting Clerk / AP Clerk
Honolulu, HI | Full-Time
up to $22.00/hour
We’re hiring for multiple Accounting Clerk and Accounts Payable Clerk positions to support finance teams across various clients. These roles involve timely processing of financial transactions, invoice management, and internal and external communication to ensure smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and post payments accurately and on time
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers or vendors
- Communicate with customers or vendors to resolve payment inquiries, discrepancies, or billing issues
- Match and verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents
- Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end closing activities and assist with reporting or audits as needed
- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and maintain organized documentation
Top Requirements

Prior experience as an AR Clerk, AP Clerk, or similar accounting role

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and accounting software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
