Accounting Manager
Honolulu, HI | Up to $120,000/year

Leads a 7-person accounting team, overseeing month-end close, financial reporting, and key analyses while supporting inventories, projections, and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

• Lead, train, and manage performance across the accounting team

• Coordinate inventories, projections, and companywide financial analysis

Requirements

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Highly organized; able to meet tight deadlines

• Preferred: Accounting degree, public accounting experience, 5+ years accounting/management
