Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Honolulu
Pay: Up to $50,000 salary
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Seeking an Administrative Assistant for a locally-owned company within their Construction Division in Honolulu. This company provides a positive, professional and nurturing environment which enables their staff to reach their maximum potential. Candidate will be responsible for providing support to the commercial property manager.

Responsibilities
- Assisting the Director of Facilities with various administrative tasks
- Communication with price quotes from vendors, process of renovations, repairs, and other facilities related issues
- Respond to all repair calls from commercial tenants and other clients in a timely and professional manner
- Complete all work orders for properties and meet vendors in the field
Requirements
- 2+ years of office experience - commercial property management/facilities industry a plus!
- Professional and clear communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ie: MS Word and MS Excel
