Human Resources Manager
📍 Honolulu, HI | up to $95K
Leads HR operations for an employee-owned (ESOP) organization, overseeing payroll, benefits, compliance, and culture initiatives while supporting ESOP and 401(k) administration.

Responsibilities

Manage HR operations: payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and total rewards

Lead recruitment, performance management, and staff development

Support ESOP & 401(k) administration and HR strategy initiatives
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

5+ years progressive HR experience, including leadership
-
ESOP and 401(k) administration experience preferred; strong communication and organizational skills
