What You’ll Do
- Daily AP/AR entry, posting, coding, and batching
- Process invoices + 3-way match
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end close and maintain organized files
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams
What You Bring
- AP, AR, or Accounting Clerk experience
- Proficiency with Outlook & Excel
- Strong accuracy, organization, and communication
