Key Responsibilities
Client Advocacy: Act as the first point of contact for proposals, contract renewals, and general inquiries.
Problem Solving: Identify short-term and long-term client needs; resolve issues promptly to prevent escalation.
Business Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team on business leads.
Financial Oversight: Manage work order Purchase Orders (POs) for timely invoicing and run profitability reports for account analysis.
Project Facilitation: Generate and deliver proposals for equipment maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
Data Management: Keep customer portals accurate and up-to-date while meeting strict KPI expectations.
Qualifications
- Tech-Savvy: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and an openness to learning new technologies.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Mindset: A self-starter who is accountable, flexible during times of change, and contributes to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience in customer service, scheduling, and quoting repairs within the construction, installation, or preventive maintenance industries.
- Licensing: Must have a valid Hawaii Driver License with a clean driving record.
