Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

What You Will Do
Welcoming Service: Greet veterans and visitors with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
Patient Coordination: Manage the check-in process for VA compensation and pension exams.
Information Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure all evaluation paperwork is organized for the clinical team.
Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the clinic and veterans, providing clear information regarding their appointments.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven background in customer service or front-office administration.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a high level of respect for the veteran community.
Reliability: A consistent and dependable work ethic is a must for this clinical setting.
