What You’ll Do
- Either Daily AP invoicing, over 50+ invoice processing to ensure timely disbursements
- OR AP duties, including invoicing, payment tracking, and timely follow-up to ensure accurate collection of outstanding balances
- AND Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
What You Bring
- 2 years of AP, AR, or Accounting Clerk experience
- Proficiency with Outlook & Excel
- Strong accuracy, organization, and communication
