HR Clerk
📍 Location: Honolulu, HI
💼 Job Type: Contract
💵 Pay: $22/hr PAID WEEKLY
Key Responsibilities
- Process employee personnel actions, including hires, separations, pay changes, and updates to HR systems.
- Support benefits administration by assisting employees, updating leave records, and coordinating enrollment and documentation.
- Review, audit, and process time and attendance records, leave forms, and mileage reimbursement requests.
- Assist with recruitment activities, new hire orientations, and preparation of required HR documentation.
- Provide clerical and administrative HR support, including filing, data entry, employee inquiries, workers’ compensation paperwork, and maintaining HR records.
Experience & Qualifications
- One (1) year of general office clerical experience.
- Two (2) years of HR-related experience applying personnel rules, regulations, procedures, or program requirements.
- Strong ability to interpret policies, maintain accurate records, and interact tactfully and effectively with employees and the public.
