Senior Customer Service Rep Duties:
- Managing phone lines, transferring calls, and making outbound calls to physicians to verify information
- Data entry into MS Excel and database with referral and patient information
- Participates in case conferences, staffing meetings, and in-services as required
- Maintains inventory and order supplies, such as forms and training materials
Senior Customer Service Rep Experience:
- 2+ years of administrative experience, healthcare background is preferred
- Ability to multi-task, work with different departments, and prioritize
- Proficient in Excel and ability to learn computer programs quickly!
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
