HR Assistant — $22/hr, PAID WEEKLY
Location: Honolulu, HI

 

Make an impact in a hands-on HR operations role. You’ll process personnel actions, support benefits and leave, audit time/attendance, and keep employee records accurate and compliant, while getting real HRIS experience and weekly pay.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Process personnel actions (new hires, separations, pay changes) and update HR systems with complete, accurate data.
• Support benefits administration: assist employees, maintain leave records, and coordinate enrollments/documentation.
• Review and audit time/attendance, leave forms, and mileage reimbursement requests for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist with recruitment activities, new-hire orientations, and preparation of required HR documentation.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support: filing, data entry, employee inquiries, workers’ comp paperwork, and record maintenance.

 

Experience & Qualifications
• One (1) year of general office clerical experience.
• Two (2) years of HR-related experience applying personnel rules, regulations, procedures, or program requirements.
• Ability to interpret policies, maintain accurate records, and communicate tactfully with employees and the public.
• (Preferred) Familiarity with HRIS/timekeeping systems and strong attention to detail in data entry.
