Accounting Clerk (AP/AR)

What You’ll Do:
AP Track
• Process 50+ invoices daily; match POs/receipts, code to GL, route approvals, and schedule payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies; maintain vendor files and W-9s
AR Track
• Generate customer invoices; post payments/cash applications; research short-pays/chargebacks
• Manage AR aging, follow up professionally to ensure timely collection; reconcile customer accounts
What You Bring
• 2+ years in AP, AR, or Accounting Clerk roles
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel (lookups, filters, basic pivots)
• Accuracy, organization, and clear communication with vendors/customers and internal teams
