What You’ll Do:
AR Track
• Generate customer invoices; post payments/cash applications; research short-pays/chargebacks
• Manage AR aging, follow up professionally to ensure timely collection; reconcile customer accounts
• Skilled in monitoring overdue accounts, contacting customers for payment resolution, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.
What You Bring
• 2+ years in collections, AR, or Accounting Clerk roles
• Proficiency with Outlook and Excel (lookups, filters, basic pivots)
• Accuracy, organization, and clear communication with vendors/customers and internal teams
