Distribution Center Director (Supply Chain & Operations Leader)
$90K–$130K | Full Time| Waipahu, HI

This position is responsible for driving efficiency across warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, and fulfillment while leading teams and improving systems that keep product moving across the island.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and storage
• Develop operational strategies, budgets, and performance plans
• Monitor KPIs (cost, efficiency, inventory, delivery performance)
• Lead hiring, training, and development of management and staff
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, DOH, and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For:
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within distribution, logistics and/or supply chain industry
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
