What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily warehouse and yard operations
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff
• Ensure equipment is maintained and rent-ready
• Manage inventory accuracy and shipment tracking
• Serve as point of contact for customers and resolve issues
• Enforce OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of construction trade and/or operations experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
