Part-Time Payroll and Accounting Specialist
Location: Kapolei, HI
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
Pay: Up to $25/hour

A local organization is seeking a Part-Time Payroll and Accounting Specialist to support payroll processing and light accounting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with confidential payroll and company financial information.
This position is currently around 20 hours per week, working approximately 6 to 7 hours per day. The schedule can offer some flexibility, but the selected candidate should be able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll on a biweekly schedule
• Review payroll reports and assist with payroll-related deadlines
• Cut physical checks and prepare envelopes for distribution
• Communicate with managers across different divisions regarding payroll questions
Qualifications:
• Previous payroll, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
• Accounting background helpful, but a degree is not required
• Comfortable working with deadlines and confidential information
