Make an impact from day one. Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing product sales. This position will lead the coordination and sales initiatives in alignment with the company strategies toward achieving and maximizing sales.

What You’ll Do
· Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, identify opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
· Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships, present products to new and existing customers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Market Analysis & Planning: Monitor market conditions, analyze sales and competition, and support development of sales, merchandising, and marketing plans.
· Product Coordination & Quality Oversight: Communicate new product offerings and help implement and maintain product quality control processes.
· Team Collaboration & Reporting: Coordinate with sales teams, assign resources for new accounts, provide after-sales support, and deliver data reporting and market insights to management.
What You’ll Bring
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Business, or other related field
· Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training.
· MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
