Make an impact from day one. The architect project manager is responsible for overseeing all conventional aspects of an architectural project. Responsible for project financial performance and team communication. Manages more than one project during all phases of the project to completion.

What You’ll Do
· Project Planning & Strategy: Assist in defining project scope, budget, and fees, and develop strategic plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
· Project Management & Coordination: Oversee all project phases, managing schedules, budgets, communications, and documentation for efficient execution.
· Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and guide project teams and consultants while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering presentations.
· Design & Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of building systems and sustainable/LEED design, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integration into projects.
· Performance & Work Efficiency: Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office, with strong communication and attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
· 5-10 years experience in an architectural firm with project management experience
· Licensed architect with current registration preferred
· ALL Applicants must provide a sample of work
