Schedule: Monday-Friday, occasional overtime or weekends
The Sales Administrator supports the sales process, ensuring accurate documentation, customer coordination, and cross-department communication to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Support sales operations by preparing quotes, processing agreements, and maintaining data accuracy
- Assist in contract and bid management, including government RFPs and tracking deadlines
- Serve as initial customer contact, routing issues and onboarding new clients
- Facilitate communication between sales, dispatch, and billing teams
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma, with 2+ years support experience in sales or logistics
- Proficiency in CRM systems, strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Valid Hawaiʻi driver’s license and reliable transportation required
