HR Specialist
Kapolei, HI
Up to $60,000
Must be able to work every other Saturday for a half day
Make an impact from day one. You’ll support core HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle staffing: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Maintain and update job descriptions in compliance with employment laws
- Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies and employee relations programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and filing systems
- Support general office tasks such as printing, scanning, laminating, and filing
- Assist with company events and internal communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and basic office equipment
