Schedule: Full-time | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM
A well-established Hawaii based construction company is seeking experienced Construction Laborers to support ongoing commercial and structural projects. This hands-on role supports a variety of construction projects, including foundation, concrete, drilling, excavation, and site development work. What You'll Do
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
- Support concrete, drilling, excavation, and foundation crews
- Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Assist with digging, trench work, equipment setup, and general construction tasks
- Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
- Support deliveries, traffic control, and other field operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime or travel locally as project needs require
