Payroll Specialist
Location: Honolulu
Salary: $60k
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing
- Verify and Approve timecards through cloud-based time clock system.
- Submit payroll hours to payroll provider
- Maintain payroll records
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
- HR Administration
- Medical
- Vacation and Sick Leave
- Maintain employee records in HR Portal.
- Onboarding and offboarding new hires and departing employees.
- Manage employee benefits
- Support department management in reviewing HR policies and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- TSA Record keeping, Assist with audits related to payroll and HR functions, Assist with processing TDI and workers comp claims.
- Employee Handbook
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in Payroll processing.
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Excellent computer skills and must be able to master new computer software
