Salary: $48,000 - $52,200 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As Personal Banker, you will act as a trusted advisor, conducting needs-based financial planning conversations to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. You will manage an assigned portfolio, driving client retention and growth while collaborating with specialized partners in Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Mortgage Banking.

Essential Duties
- Conduct comprehensive, needs-based financial consulting conversations to deliver tailored planning solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor by cross-functional positioning of banking products, services, and specialized wealth or mortgage experts.
- Manage, retain, and expand an assigned personal banking client portfolio to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate closely with business banking, private banking, and mortgage teams to maximize client value.
- Support daily branch operations and team workflow requirements as necessary.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Background in frontline banking, financial services relationship management, or retail/business banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, and cash flow analysis.
- Current State of Hawaii Life & Health Insurance License and a valid Driver’s License for occasional travel.
- Ability to complete comprehensive retail lending, deposit, and branch operations training within 12 months.
- Must obtain and maintain federal Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration within 6–12 months.
