Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Kapolei, HI
Pay: $60,000 - $100,000+ annually (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | day shift

What You'll Do
- Prepare estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and bid package
- Attend job walks and evaluate project scope
- Coordinate materials, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets, schedules, billing, and change orders
- Review project costs and monitor overall job performance
- Communicate with clients, field teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Support quality control and project documentation
- Assist with business development and client relationship management
What We're Looking For
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Estimating and/or project management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** and **Excel**
- Experience with **Bluebeam**, **BuzzBid**, **Raken**, or similar software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
