Accounting Supervisor

Key responsibilities include:
-Supervise and mentor Trust Accounting staff, including performance management, coaching, and professional development
-Ensure trust fund activities comply with applicable reporting, disclosure, and regulatory requirements
-Prepare and review reports for regulatory and governmental agencies
-Oversee weekly payroll processing functions related to trust funds
-Monitor accounting processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency
What We're Looking For
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
-5+ years of accounting, finance, or operational management experience
-Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
-Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
