Account Executive
Starting at $85,000 annually (DOE)

What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with assigned client benefit funds and key stakeholders
- Attend trustee meetings, benefit fairs, member meetings, and industry events
- Review financial reports, contracts, plan documents, and operational performance
- Lead projects and coordinate efforts across internal departments and external partners
- Support department leadership through training, staff development, and workload management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, benefits administration, finance, HR, or a related area
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERISA, Taft-Hartley, or multi-employer benefit plans
- Background in pension, health & welfare, annuity, or vacation benefit administration
