Billing Representative
Location: Honolulu, HI
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Compensation: $45,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on experience

What You’ll Do
•    Prepare, review, process, and distribute attorney billing invoices.
•    Review prebills and coordinate revisions with attorneys and legal support staff.
•    Follow client billing guidelines, budgets, spending limits, and submission requirements.
•    Submit invoices through e-billing systems, email, printing, and mail.
•    Maintain billing records and support month-end deadlines and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For
•    At least three years of billing, accounting, or closely related experience.
•    Experience handling a high volume of detailed work with firm deadlines.
•    Strong accuracy, organization, follow-through, and time-management skills.
•    Professional communication skills and comfort working with different personalities.

What Makes the Work Different
The person in this role will eventually support billing across a large portfolio of client matters and approximately 40 attorneys. Invoices may include detailed narratives, matter-specific guidelines, different billing rates, budget limits, and electronic submission requirements.
