CDL Roll-Off Driver

Up to $35.00/Hour | Full-Time | Kapolei, HI

An established local company is seeking an experienced CDL Roll-Off Driver for routes throughout Oahu. This is a great opportunity for a safety-focused commercial driver looking for competitive pay, steady work, and a long-term position.

Schedule:

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Shifts may begin around 5:30 AM
• Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and overtime based on operational needs

Responsibilities:

• Operate a roll-off truck safely on assigned routes
• Deliver, exchange, retrieve, and dump roll-off containers
• Secure and tarp loads before transport
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Inspect service areas for safe access and proper clearance
• Maintain accurate route, delivery, and disposal records
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route changes, service issues, or unsafe conditions
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Class B or Class A license
• Current DOT medical card
• Acceptable driving record
• Roll-off, refuse, heavy equipment, or similar commercial driving experience preferred
• Hazmat endorsement preferred
• Ability to safely lift, push, or pull up to approximately 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and strong commitment to safety
• Knowledge of Oahu roads and routes preferred
