A locally established structural and construction services company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial and construction projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from award through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Monitor budgets, costs, invoicing, and project profitability
- Review project progress and address challenges to keep work on schedule
- Work closely with field teams, superintendents, estimators, and project coordinators
- Prepare change orders and support project documentation
- Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met throughout each project
Requirements:
- Project management experience within construction, engineering, or a related industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience reviewing plans, specifications, schedules, and project documentation
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and project cost controls
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
