Administrator / Client Services Manager

What You’ll Do
- Manage long-term relationships with assigned benefit funds, trustees, legal counsel, consultants, vendors, and plan participants
- Attend trust meetings, benefit fairs, union meetings, new-hire orientations, and educational conferences
- Respond to client questions involving benefits, claims, plan provisions, and administrative matters
- Review financial statements, disbursements, contracts, amendments, plan documents, and client procedures
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, agenda items, proposals, and client communications
- Interpret and apply plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions, policies, ERISA requirements, and Department of Labor guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of related experience in client services, benefits administration, finance, HR, account management, or a comparable field
- Supervisory or management experience
- Ability to analyze financial information, contracts, and complex legal or plan documents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERISA, Taft-Hartley, or multi-employer benefit funds
- Background in pension, annuity, vacation and holiday, or health and welfare administration
- Experience with benefit claims, electronic data transfers, renewals, or coverage contracts
Schedule and Travel
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Occasional extended hours and weekends for meetings, benefit fairs, or conferences
- Occasional neighbor island and mainland travel, including possible overnight stays
