The Outdoor Recreation Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting products, provide recommendations based on personal experience and product knowledge, and support the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Share knowledge of fishing, hunting, diving, camping, archery, and outdoor equipment
• Maintain merchandise displays and stock levels
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions
• Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service
• Help keep the store organized, clean, and well-stocked
• Support store operations and special projects as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Strong knowledge of fishing preferred
• Knowledge of hunting, firearms, diving, camping, or archery is a plus
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Willingness to learn and develop product expertise
• Ability to work in a retail environment and assist customers throughout the day
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
