The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of customer service and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service
- Maintain and update customer account information and databases
- Research customer accounts and resolve billing or service discrepancies
- Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding routes and schedules
- Create customer orders and process related paperwork
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
- Assist with administrative projects and departmental support as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with ERP or customer management systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
