Compensation Analyst
📍 Downtown Honolulu, HI
💰 $26.00 - $31.25 per hour (Based on Experience)
🕒 Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Help Drive Compensation Programs Through Data, Accuracy, and Analysis
Our client is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support compensation administration, workforce reporting, and salary planning initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, supporting HR processes, and building a long-term career in Compensation and Human Resources.

What You'll Do
Compensation & HR Support
- Support salary changes, promotions, transfers, and other compensation transactions
- Assist with annual compensation planning and salary review activities
- Maintain compensation-related information within HRIS systems
- Assist with job description maintenance and documentation
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare and analyze compensation reports, workforce metrics, and salary data
- Audit employee, job, and compensation information for accuracy
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports related to compensation and headcount
- Support compensation projects, process improvements, and system enhancements
Collaboration & Compliance
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of compensation actions
- Maintain confidential employee and compensation information
- Assist with compensation-related communications, presentations, and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related administrative role
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, sorting, and filtering
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Compensation, Payroll, HRIS, or HR Generalist functions
- Experience with Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS platforms
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis functions
