Accounting Clerk
📍 Near Diamond Head, Honolulu, HI
💰 $20.80 per hour
🕒 Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM
Build Your Accounting Experience
We’re seeking an Accounting Clerk to support a healthcare organization located near Diamond Head. This position is responsible for cashiering, maintaining accurate financial records, processing patient transactions, and providing additional accounting support as needed.

What You’ll Do
Cashiering & Payment Processing
- Receive payments and prepare accurate receipts
- Complete daily cash counts and prepare bank deposits
- Process checks, patient deposits, and withdrawal transactions
Accounting & Reconciliation
- Post patient deposits and withdrawals to accounting ledgers
- Reconcile patient accounts and research discrepancies
- Prepare monthly worksheets and routine financial reports
Additional Fiscal Support
- Process invoices and assist with accounts payable duties
- Provide backup support with payroll preparation
- Submit and follow up on Adult Day Health claims
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic arithmetic
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Previous cashiering, accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience is a plus
