What You’ll Do
Candidate Sourcing
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and existing applicant records
- Build targeted candidate pipelines based on priority positions and in-demand skill sets
- Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage active and passive candidates
Recruiting Support
- Conduct initial candidate screens based on established qualification criteria
- Schedule and confirm recruiter interviews and candidate appointments
- Collect résumés and candidate information while keeping profiles accurate and up to date
Database & Process Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, statuses, and follow-up activities
- Keep candidate pipelines clean, current, and easily searchable
- Handle confidential candidate and client information with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; college coursework or a degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating candidate conversations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and database systems
