Express is seeking a Professional Recruiter to develop professional candidate pipelines, manage searches from interview through placement, and build strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout Hawaii.

What You’ll Do
Recruit & Develop Talent
- Build professional candidate pipelines and source, interview, and qualify active and passive candidates
- Assess experience, accomplishments, career goals, compensation expectations, and availability
- Develop strong relationships with qualified candidates throughout the recruiting process
Present & Place
- Match qualified candidates with client opportunities and prepare compelling candidate presentations
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage post-interview follow-up
- Guide candidates through offers, compensation discussions, counteroffers, and successful starts
Candidate Marketing & Client Development
- Proactively market top candidates to prospective employers throughout Oahu and Hawaii
- Generate client conversations, business leads, and potential job opportunities through candidate and market intelligence
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers while identifying current and future hiring needs
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently develop and present qualified, marketable professional candidates
- Generate client interviews, offers, Direct Hire placements, and gross margin
- Build lasting candidate and client relationships that create repeat business, referrals, and future opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years recruiting, staffing, professional services, business development, or related experience preferred
- Comfortable sourcing and engaging both active and passive professionals
- Strong relationship-building and consultative communication abilities
- Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results, placements, and revenue
