A well-established local retail and grocery organization is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to support maintenance and repairs across multiple locations. This is a great opportunity for someone with building maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and tackling a variety of projects throughout the day.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform preventative maintenance and general building repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, A/C, refrigeration, ventilation, pumps, and other facility systems
- Assist with maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment and appliances
- Respond to maintenance requests and determine necessary repairs
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues or safety concerns
- Maintain tools, equipment, parts, and maintenance inventory
- Complete service documentation and maintenance records
- Follow proper safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements
- Respond to facility issues and emergency maintenance needs as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C, refrigeration, and general facility maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Valid Hawaii Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays when needed
- HVAC, OSHA, facilities maintenance, or related certifications are a plus
