Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations. This role assists the accounting team with administrative and clerical accounting tasks while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and processing of financial records. This is M-F, 8A-5P, with starting pay at $19/hr.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll processing of digital and paper checks
- Customer Service and Office Communications
- Data Entry
- Maintain financial files and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Associates in Accounting or 2+ years experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Accounting software preferred however not required
