Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations for our client in Vandalia, IL. This role will work closely with management and manufacturing employees to ensure HR processes run smoothly and in compliance with company policies. This is a temporary role and pay is based on experience with a range of $21-$25/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities
- Serve as a resource for employee questions and HR policies
- Assist with employee relations and performance issues
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave tracking
- Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of human resources or related experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Working knowledge of HR processes and best practices
