Customer Service Representative
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Arthur, IL. The Customer Service Representative position is a full-time, permanent position with starting pay of $18/hr (depending on experience and skills).
Customer Service Representative Job Requirement:
- Customer service experience
- Ability to use computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Data Entry into database to maintain records
- Call Center Experience is a plus
Customer Service Representative Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service role or office
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Self-Starter
