Front Desk Receptionist
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an Optometric Technician in Effingham, IL. The technician position is a full-time, long-term opportunity with pay from $16/hour.
Receptionist Job Requirements
- Advise and assist in selecting eye wear based on prescription needs
- Measure, fit, adjust and repair eye wear
- Utilize practice management software to enter and interpret prescription data
- Cross-train to handle reception, check-in, check-out, and appointments
- Ability to follow guidelines for medical / vision insurance coverages for services
- Maintain a presentable and orderly area.
- Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Maintain daily operations by following policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Possess the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
