Job Full Description
General Laborer
A top steel distributor company in Loves Park area is looking for a qualified General Laborer to join their team! This is a 1st shift opportunity, M-F 6:00am-2:30pm. The basics of this position are load/unload materials from pallets and trucks and staging areas. Assist in material handling, Assist machining team with deburring and prep, and perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Saw operator and forklift experience preferred
- Strong math skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Lift up to 50lbd as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand on feet for duration of shift
