Job Full Description
Building Maintenance Technician
A South Beloit company is seeking a 1st sift Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. This position is responsible for facility maintenance. Pay will start at $20 per hour and hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30PM.
Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry systems

Complete outdoor maintenance tasks, including tree trimming, pruning, and occasional tree removal

Support snow removal needs (snow plowing experience a plus)

Follow all cGMP and facility safety procedures
Qualifications

Strong problem-solving abilities for diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues

Solid reading and math skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed

Able to work in a structured cGMP environment

Flexible with workload and available for occasional overtime

High school diploma or GED required
